Rare HD Collection On The Way

Just hours before Microsoft's media briefing at E3, Kotaku have revealed the existence of a Rare HD Collection, known as RareReplay.

The collection is set to feature up to 30 Rare classics such as Battletoads, Jet Force Gemini and Banjo Kazooie. What isn't likely to be included are games that are now owned by other companies, such as Donkey Kong Country or Goldeneye. 

Expect to see Rare feature at Microsoft's conference very shortly, although whether their new IP also makes an appearance remains to be seen.
