Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Release Date Revealed

Insomniac Games' next intergalactic adventure Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will release as a PlayStation 5 exclusive on the 11th June 2021.

Insomniac's Creative Director Marcus Smith made the announcement on the PlayStation Blog, where he also unveiled the Digital Deluxe version of the game (shown below) and divulged more details about the nature of the long-running series' next entry.

The game will touch upon themes of duality, with Lombax Ratchet and robot Clank becoming separated across different dimensions following one of Dr. Nefarious' evil schemes. It will reportedly serve as a great entry point for the series, standing alone from any of the previous entries in the series while still bringing enough in the way of call-backs and references to please long-time fans.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will release on the 11th June 2021 exclusively for the PlayStation 5.
