Reports Suggest The Last Guardian Will be at E3
Another E3, another whirlwind of rumours surrounding PlayStation's The Last Guardian.
According to The Guardian newspaper (non pun intended) however, the Team Ico developed game, which has been in the works since 2007, will return to the stage this year.
In a feature listing the paper's 15 most anticipated games at this year's E3, they claimed that they have it on 'very good authority' that the sequel to Shadow of The Colossus will be featured.
Here's what they said:
"Yes, we know it has been in development hell since 2007, but we have it on very good authority that this will be the year that Team Ico finally presents its follow-up to much loved classics Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. Whether it’ll bear any relation to the game last shown at E3 in 2009 is anyone’s guess."
Although not much to base judgements upon, this year has certainly seen some twitches coming from The Last Guardian, with the trademark both being abandoned and reapplied for.
With E3 just a matter of days away, looks like all eyes will be on Sony's press conference and we'll have it covered right here on GameGrin.
