Riot Games Releases Latest Dev Update Talking About Upcoming Rework, New Movement, Returning Game Mode, Smurfing, and More

The latest Dev Update from League of Legends has officially dropped, and it's talking about major updates and changes coming to the game. It's introducing the first massive adjustment to gameplay, trying to bolster the new-player experience.
