Roccat Horde AIMO Membranical Keyboard Announced

No one appreciates a good word amalgamation as much as I do, and Roccat have come up with a real humdinger of one with their new membranical gaming keyboard. A marriage of both membrane and mechanical technology has happened here producing a baby of high-precision, but whisper quiet typing feel.

The Roccat Horde AIMO (not to be confused with the currently Banshee Queen led faction in WoW) has a ton of other exceptional features like a fully-customisable tuning wheel that’s the first ever gaming keyboard to be compatible with the Windows 10 Dial functionality.

Of course there’s also the macro keys which no gamer worth their salt should ever be without, and the Horde AIMO features some very nice low-profile ones with a 5.0ms actuation, allowing for quick combat decisions and hopefully an edge over your opponents.

The shiniest of all the features though is no doubt the lighting system. The Horde AIMO reacts naturally to the amount of AMIO-enabled devices connected and doesn’t even need configuring; coming with a lighting scenario already pre-installed. So if you don’t want to mess around with settings - you don’t have to.

All in all this is a beautiful keyboard retailing at around £89.99.
