Rocket League Introducing Hoops Mode

The next update for Psyonix's runaway hit, Rocket League is coming soon. The "Hoops" mode is a new game based on basketball. If you thought football was complicated enough with a car, then that's nothing in comparison to the aerial acrobatics required for this new mode, coming on the 26th April. It follows on the from the Ice Hockey themed mode released last year, so perhaps we can expect to see pool ,water polo and Quidditch following soon? We don't know, but we do know that you'll be able to be just like your NBA heroes, but in a car, by next Tuesday. 

The Hoops mode itself is free, along with a new arena called "Dunk House", where the net can be used as a ramp for the ball. In addition to that, an officially-licensed "NBA Flag Pack," containing the logos of all 30 NBA teams represented as in-game flags, will also be available for sale as premium DLC. $1.99 (or your regional equivalent) will get you the option to display your favourite teams colours proudly on your vehicle.
