Simon the Sorcerer Origins Release Date and Trailer!
After 32 years since its initial release, the classic point-and-click game Simon the Sorcerer is continuing its legacy. The newest release, Simon the Sorcerer Origins, developed by Smallthing Studios and to be published by ININ games, is a prequel to the original 1993 game.

The original voice actors, Chris Barrie and Erik Borner, will reprise their roles in English and German, respectively. Fans can also look forward to a new original soundtrack created by Mashon Fischer. Rick Astley of "Never Gonna Give You Up" fame will also have a role in a secretive, unannounced way.
The game will stick to its original roots while embracing the massive changes in gaming within the last three decades. It promises the same hand-drawn style of art, the classic level of wit, and heart-string tugging of the original title.

Simon The Sorcerer Origins will be released on the 28th of October 2025 on PC, Mac, Lixus, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X|S respectfully. Fans who wants an even more special experience can pre-order a Limited Special Edition for PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch at ININGAMES.com
