SMITE Reveals Janus, God of Portals and Transitions

Janus, God of portals and transitions is the latest deity in the roster for SMITE  and he's a bit of a doozy. Having the first month of the years named after you is a boost to the old ineffable ego no doubt and Janus can bring some serious pain to the battlefield.

With abilities that not only do damage but also assist allies in the form of portals that allow passage through solid objects (or drop enemies from a great height in pure Wile E Coyote fashion) Janus can also slow enemies with Threshold or cross said line in the sand himself for a speed boost that applies to allies too.

Also, when Janus passes through a portal he become old and wizened  and gets a magic power boost for his next ability. Pretty cool.

Also in this patch are the updated Odin Mountain man skin, the Team Solo Mid Apollo skin, and skins for wards.
