Sony Adjust PS Plus Lineup after Wrong Game Given Away
Sony announced their January games to be free to PS Plus owners back in December. At that time, one of the games that was up for grabs was the war game Legends of War: Patton. But it turns out that Sony made a bit of a cock up and that wasn't meant to be free at all. Subsequently, they have removed the game from the free list. If you already downloaded it, well done you as you get to keep it.
It's not all bad news though. Turns out that we were meant to get a Legends of War game, but the more recent History: Legends of War was the title we were supposed to get and indeed now do get. So whether you downloaded the erroneous game or not, then you can get a copy of that now if you are a PS Plus subscriber.
The other games are unaffected so Vita users can still pick up Nihilumbra and Grim Fandango Remastered alongside the newly added title. The replacement title is available for immediate download as well so if you haven't already, why not head over and get yourself another free game this month.
