Spanish Retailer Leaks The Last of Us: Complete Edition for the PS4

Despite no official confirmation from Sony yet, it appears that award-winning game The Last of Us may be seeing a release for the PlayStation 4 after Spanish retailer XtraLife put up a pre-order for The Last of Us: Complete Edition.

This new release will include the main game, it's Left Behind DLC, and The Last of Us shoulder bag--exclusive to XtraLife--for €64.95 (about $90 USD or £55) and will be released on June 19, according to the listing.

Sony has not given any official word on plans to re-release the game for the latest console generation, but earlier last week the company's Turkey VP made an unofficial announcement that the game would see a PlayStation 4 release. The recent Tomb Raider franchise reboot saw a similar update, with Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics releasing Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition--a native 1080p version of the game for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4--earlier this year.

The Last of Us has received widespread critical acclaim and numerous awards on nearly every front since its release last June, and it would be unsurprising to hear that Sony and Naughty Dog plan on capitalising on its success with a new edition.
