Star Trek Online Announces Klingon Recruitment Event
Good news has arrived on Star Trek Online for PC — a great jumping on point for newbies!
If you've been put off by the fact the game has been running for over 10 years, and don't think you can get into the storyline, then this four-week-long Klingon Recruitment event will set you straight. Because if you start a Klingon captain, you get a whole host of benefits, starting 21st of January until 11th of February.
Don't worry about your existing characters, they will receive some rewards too as you level up your Klingon.
While you get a M’Chla Refit Bird of Prey ship to keep, for the duration of the event your Recruit will have a perk which periodically grants a cache of Dilithium Ore upon defeating enemies, which can also help out other players if they're around.
