Starship Troopers: Extermination Early Access Roadmap Revealed

Starship Troopers: Extermination came out very recently into its Early Access state, and it has been received with overwhelming love and acclaim — with around 5,000 players at any given point and bordering Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam with 14,206 reviews, it's safe to say that this release has been nothing but successful.

Many players are now wondering what's next for this new title, and Offworld Industries, the developer and publisher of the game, has officially announced the upcoming roadmap. In it, there are five individual phases, each with various changes that we'll be seeing. Here's a quick breakdown of everything that's happening with each step.

Phase One:  phase one sees the release of the Assault and Secure mode alongside the ARC Slam mode.

Phase Two: phase two brings in plenty of new content that is exciting and will surely bring more life to the game's replayability.

Phase Three: phase three brings in a slew of other updates that will focus on progression, something that we're excited to see spruce up the longevity to play.

Phase Four: this includes the most amount of content in one phase, especially when it comes to multiplayer content and having a group of friends to play with.

Phase Five: although phase four may have the most new things in terms of content, phase five takes the price for quality of content that is being promised. Not only is a new class and character customisation always exciting, but who doesn't want a global death counter?
