Surprise Your Loved one With Square Enix Merch this Valentine's

Surprise Your Loved one With Square Enix Merch this Valentine's

Are you hoping to charm your bae with some gaming merchandise this year? Well first of all, hang your head in shame for using the word "bae". We'll let you off though, as your heart is in the right place. Chocolates, flowers, perfume and aftershave are all too cliched these days though. So what better way to say "I love you" then with some gifts courtesy of the masters of the JRPG, Square Enix?

There will be a strict limit of 200 boxes so these aren't going to be easy to get hold of, but if you're one of the lucky few, then you'll be getting 3 pieces of merchandise from the Square Enix catalogue and one of them is guaranteed to be a Final Fantasy item. The box is stated to be worth at least £55, so the price of £45.99 would definitely represent a saving, the only downside being that you have no idea exactly what it is you're buying. It's a lucky dip of big swords and even bigger hair.

This isn't the first such promotion that Square Enix have run either. Back before Christmas they had success with a christmas themed mystery bundle, so this is the second time for a promotion of this type. The contents of the Valentine box will be different to those in the Christmas box so there's no danger of doubling up.

I didn't know they had a Christmas merch box. I know they had a Game bundle, which was like their Easter one. I'm guessing it will be 5 Pop! figures.

I knew about their Christmas one because I was debating picking it up, but decided it would probably end up being a waste of money.
