The Division Will Receive An Update Next Week, Soundtrack Is Available Now
Ubisoft's record-breaking title The Division has not even been out two weeks, but the company is already talking about another update, and we should be seeing it's release next week.
In the developer's "State Of The Game" blog post this past Wednesday, they are pleased with the success of the game, but are looking to make it better going forward. "This will be in your hands next week and fear not, more information about it will be revealed very soon so keep your eyes peeled. The roadmap ahead is super exciting and this is only the beginning,..." it added."
This is not the first update as last week The Division received one that disabled the Trained Talent item and experience gain and drop rates for items and currencies got some adjustments.
No details were given about the update, so we will have to wait to see how it will affect the current game.
Along with the update reveal, Ubisoft has partnered with Sumthing Else Music Works and has released a digital version of The Division soundtrack. The soundtrack is available for purchase now on their website. The complete album is priced at $9.99 with individual tracks are $.99 a piece. A CD physical copy of the soundtrack will be available later this month, March 22. Not interested in purchasing but still want to listen? Ubisoft has that covered too, available on their UbiLoud Youtube channel.

Never really noticed any music in The Division, anyway. Doesn't really say much for the soundtrack

On the flipside, that's exactly what a soundtrack in a game like this should do. Be there to emphasise the mood, but never too busy that it takes your main concentration away from the game.

There isn't any soundtrack when you're wandering the streets or doing side missions - only when you're in main missions. You notice when their suddenly is music because it's so jarring.
