The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Exceeds 1 Million Pre-Orders Worldwide
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is on target to impress in sales when it releases later this month. The game has already surpassed over 1 million pre-orders with just over a week to go until launch. Marcin Iwiński co-founder of CD Projekt Red had this to say about the milestone:
“We’ve crossed the 1 million pre-order milestone and it’s all thanks to you guys! We would like to thank all the gamers for their trust and support...This is the last stretch and we’re pushing hard - over the last two weeks, we’ve increased performance on all platforms and started working full speed on the expansions, Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine,”
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will release on the 19th of May for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Never touched a Witcher game, but I'm ready for this, haven't played an RPG since Oblivion

I recently began playing 2, and it's quite good. Going to restart after playing through the first one, as I genuinely want to give the devs my money. It's definitely not Elder Scrolls, there appears to be more character depth than world depth.

I'd like to play the first two before this but I haven't got time. This does look amazing though.
