United Front Games Closing?

Rumours are starting to flood the internet regarding United Front Games, creators of Sleeping Dogs and ModNation Racers. The developer has reportedly closed, with a number of developers likely to be out of a job.

A user on the forum Neogaf posted about the closure, indicating that he will be sad to see the studio go. The rumour was further boosted by a tweet from one of the company's producers, Jen Timms, expressing her sadness at the company's demise.

United Front's latest game was Smash + Grab, an Early Access title on Steam. The game has been pulled from the digital platform today, after being subject to a free play weekend just a few days ago. United Front Games themselves have yet to make a formal statement,
