Upcoming Beat-'em-up Toxic Crusaders Got a Release Date; Check Out the Trailer!

Developed and published by Retrowave, Toxic Crusaders is a side-scrolling beat-'em-up that can be played with friends. This chaotic new title brings back Toxie, Junkyard, Nozone, Major Disaster, Yvonne, Mrs. Junko, and Headbanger to get rid of the Radiation Rangers from Tromaville.

Some may recognise these colourful characters from the cartoon series that aired back in 1991, although it only had one season. This 2D action title aims to recreate the same feeling, including the characters' looks.

Here's what you can expect from Toxic Crusaders:

• Co-op with up to three other players (or enjoy the game alone).
• Seven playable pugilists, each with their kits and abilities.
• Continue the story from the 1991 cartoon series.
