Vampire Survivor's Ode to Castlevania is Getting a Ton of New Content!
Vampire Survivor has had a busy month, as it's recently had a collaboration with Two Point Museum, and now, poncle — the game's developer and publisher — is going to release even more content for Ode to Castlevania.
For those who might be unfamiliar with it, this DLC allows players to join forces with the Belmont family and set off to Dracula's Castle. Ghosts, Fleamen, and Mudmen await everyone who dares jump in!
In total, the DLC offered 20 characters, over 40 weapons, new music, and a massive map. In the recent Steam post, poncle mentions that the team thought it was a bit sad that the Master Librarian's weapons didn't have evolutions, so they gave them a special Union.
With all the content they'll be adding to the DLC, it will grow exponentially. Here's all the new content available for Vampire Survivors' Ode to Castlevania DLC:
- 16 more secret characters.
- Three new weapons (including their evolutions).
- 13 new weapon Unions.
- A new adventure.
- 12 music tracks.
Due to it all having to be under the contract terms with Konami, there are obviously some limitations in what the team could add.
The update to Vampire Survivors' Ode to Castlevania DLC is set to release with the upcoming patch 1.14, which is expected to release sometime next week. The former is available at a 25% discount (£2.24), and the Vampire Survivors base game at 30% (£2.79), until the 4th of November on Steam. Check them out here!
