War Thunder Celebrates 3-Year Anniversary with 50% discounts

This weekend, Gaijin Entertainment celebrates the 3-year anniversary of War Thunder with discounts and special events. War Thunder entered public access in November 1st, 2012 and has 450+ models of aircraft and 200+ models of tanks from the WWII-Korean War era to date.

The discounts available over the weekend are:

• 50% discounts for selected packs as chosen by the community (which can be found here)
• 50% discounts for 90-day and 1-year premium accounts
• 50% off all tech tree purchases with Silver Lions (in-game currency) and Golden Eagles (premium currency)
• 50% off all modifications, talismans and backup purchases

There'll also be free items such as:

• Titles to reward long-time players who have reached Tier V
• Pacific campaigns for the US and Japanese
• Special Deathmatch events
• Simple in-game tasks every few hours for a chance at a reward box

There's also an ongoing Halloween's event in conjunction with the anniversary celebrations, which gives players a chance to get the exclusive PO-2 biplane, which holds the distinction of being the slowest plane in-game and affectionately called the OP-2 by pilots who adore it.
