What's New in Bongo Cat's Latest Update?
Bongo Cat is a charming desktop idle game developed by Marcel Zurawka and published by Irox Games. This cat-themed clicker sits on your screen, counting your mouse and keyboard clicks or your controller inputs to give you points that you can redeem for accessories. For those who enjoy the Steam Marketplace, these can be sold, too! The game reached an Overwhelmingly Positive score of 97% on Steam and nearly 9,000 reviews at the time of writing.
The latest update, named Collections, adds some quality-of-life improvements. Here's everything:
- The UI has changed.
- Players can now view what items they're missing in the collections tab.
- Special items have been added for those who join the Discord and follow the game on Steam.
- Picture mode now takes a screenshot instead of copying the image to the clipboard.
- Inventory stacks that exceed 1,000 now abbreviate to 1k.
- There's a new button that leads to the log folder.
- A pop-up will now display how many taps will be subtracted when buying a chest.
- Favourite items will now get ignored in the auto exchange.
- New buttons have been added to easily access the Steam Marketplace and Inventory categories.
The developer ends the Steam post by mentioning that they're working on new hats and upcoming features!
You can play Bongo Cat for free on Steam.
