Yakuza 6: The Song of Life Releases March, 2018 in the West

The next entry in the much loved Yakuza series of games is its sixth main title. Yakuza 6: The Song of Life islanding in the west on 20th of March 20th, SEGA have announced.

Long running series protagonist Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of Dojima, will be getting a send off in this latest release as this is to be the stars last game. The long running gritty crime series will be sending Kiryu off with a bang in the latest, most packed game to date. Yakuza 6: The Song of Life will feature a large, open world to explore set in the port town of Onomichi in the Hiroshima Prefecture and the latest evolution of Kamurocho, the biggest red-light district in Tokyo.

Running on the new ‘Dragon Engine’ the game will offer more interaction, a new physics engine, seamless transitions and so much more. Fights can start in the streets and end up near a convenience store with scattered objects and shattered glass everywhere. With so many improves to the world and the gameplay there are plenty of new operations to unless the fury as Kiryu in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.

To mark this landmark entry in the series the game will be getting a premium edition dubbed the After Hours Premium Edition which has a host of goodies. Including a hardcover art book, two bar glasses designed with Kiryu’s ferocious dragon tattoo, two ice stones to cool down you drinks, two coasters with stunning branding and an outer box designed to match that Yakuza theme. All of this will set you back £79.99 and will be a nice touch to any fan's collection.
