QPAD Mark Model 3 Vision Mouse Review
Anyone familiar with my approach to hardware knows I tend to hold onto my devices until they simply stop working. Well, my last mouse did just that, so I was happy to be offered the QPAD Mark Model 3 Vision to check out.
The QPAD Mark Model 3 Vision operates completely wirelessly and can run for up to 88 hours on a single charge. Inside the box, there is a setup manual, 1.8m charging cable, black grip tape, extra white skates, and a 4K VISION SCREEN & dongle. That last thing was a surprise, as it’s not just a dongle but an actual display.

The Model 3 Vision is sturdy and comfortable, fitting naturally in your hand, and all the standard buttons respond quickly without making much noise. On the underside is a DPI button, allowing you to tweak cursor sensitivity, as well as a power switch allowing you to swap between connecting to the 2.4Ghz adaptor and Bluetooth.
One downside worth mentioning is the spot QPAD picked for the micro-USB charging port — it’s tucked beneath the front of the mouse and left uncovered when not in use. This makes it a magnet for dust, depending on your mouse pad. Even after just a few days on my QPAD mat, I found myself brushing away bits of debris from around the port, which could become a recurring nuisance.
If you forget to turn the mouse off, no worries; after sitting idle for five seconds, it goes to sleep. It always woke immediately upon moving, reconnecting right away, so it never caused an issue while potentially saving lots of battery hours!

QPAD’s downloadable software makes it easy to keep your Mark Model 3 Vision up to date and lets you customise the various aspects (polling rate, DPI, etc) to your liking.
The 4K VISION SCREEN, however, doesn’t have any options other than showing the signal strength, polling rate, DPI, and battery percentage. It’s neat, but I kind of wish it had some customisation options.
In summary, the QPAD Mark Model 3 Vision stands out for its responsiveness, comfort, and sturdy build. My only real complaint is the potential for dust collecting around the uncovered charging port. That issue aside, it’s a standout option in the wireless mouse market, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if you’re looking for something reliable in this price range.

A good mouse, but the dongle having a screen feels underutilised.
