11 bit studios Announces The Alters Delay Through a Unique Way

11 bit Studios recently posted on their social media that their upcoming sci-fi title that blends survive with base building, The Alters, will be delayed.

This delay was announced on the 2nd of October in a rather unique and fun way: as a note to Mr. Dolski from the Ally Corp. Based on what the message says, the game isn't up to all the expectations the team had, so they would like a little more time to be able to polish everything up.

Their X post said the following,

Dear Mr. Dolski,

We regret to inform you that, after thorough review, your upcoming mission in search of Rapidium has been postponed from [REDACTED] to Q1 2025.

The community's response to the X post has been positive, with a lot of them praising the demo and telling 11 bit Studios to take their time.
