3DS Miiverse Update Now Available

3DS Miiverse Update Now Available

To bring it in-line with the Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo have released an update to its handheld console, the Nintendo 3DS, that allows users to sync their already existing Wii U Nintendo IDs to the handheld console.

Those who don't have a Wii U will also be able to create a new Nintendo ID directly from their 3DS, 3DS XL or 2DS consoles.

Nintendo first announced the idea to make Miiverse available to the 3DS earlier this year. The platform for Nintendo gamers to communicate with each other, share photos/screenshots and tips & tricks for individual titles has proven popular on the Wii U and Nintendo's venture to offer the software on its handheld console is likely to be a popular one.

A full run-down of what else to expect in the entire system update can be seen below.
