A Brand-new Character to the Naruto Ninja STORM Series Joins with the Latest NARUTO X BORUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS Season Pass Release

Owners of the Season Pass for the latest Naruto title to enter the franchise, NARUTO X BORUTO: Ultimate Nina STORM, will be happy to hear that the third DLC to the title is here!

Kurenai Yūhi, the Jōnin leader of Team 8, who mentored the likes of Hinata Hyūga, Kiba Inuzuka, and Shino Aburame, is the third character to join the DLC. This master illusionist of the Hidden Leaf Village is making her long-awaited debut, complete with her own Bandai Namco trailer!

This is the first time that fans of the anime will be able to take control of this iconic team leader, as she has previously been unable to be played since the very first entry into the franchise. Kurenai has appeared previously as a supporting character, but she'll finally be able to partake as one of the main characters!

Fittingly, BANDAI NAMCO showcases Kurenai's abilities in the latest trailer by showing her beating up on Hidan. Her sakura-coloured ninjutsu features fast-paced attacks, and her ultimate signature ninjutsu from the anime — Evil Illusion: Tree Bind Death! She'll also have a Combination Secret Technique with none other than Asuma Sarutobi, creating a tear-inducing combo for fans of the franchise.

Alongside Kurenai joins a new Combination Secret Technique featuring Naruto, Hashirama, and Ashura: Six Paths: Shinsu Rasen Shuriken! To check out both of these attacks, don't miss out on the trailer.
