The Guild - Europa 1410 is an upcoming new entry to the franchise, developed by Ashborne Games and published by THQ Nordic. The most recent devlog is available, and it touches on one of the key aspects of the game: law.

The game invites players to make their own story in medieval Europe by choosing a profession and climbing their way to make their very own dynasty, leaving a long-lasting impression on the world! This is poetic, especially in the upcoming entry, which goes all the way back to the roots of the franchise by taking inspiration from the original release of Europa 1400: The Guild.

While they say the arm is long and no one can escape it, perhaps there is one way — money. Players will learn how to charm judges, frame their enemies, or do anything else within their power to avoid being executed! This includes abusing power if they're high enough in the hierarchy of the city council.
