A New Threat Rises In The Genshin Impact Luna VII Trailer!

It seems our favourite old haunts in Teyvat are having a spot of bother. In the previous update, it was Monstad experiencing turmoil, and now, in the upcoming Luna VII update, it seems Sumeru is next on the checklist of chaos!

Titled Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana, the update sees Nahida fall into a sudden sleep, which in turn sends the land of Sumeru teetering on the edge of chaos. Exacerbating the issue is a new enemy on the horizon, who has a striking resemblance to the previously defeated Il Dottore. It is fair to say the Traveller has their work cut out for them.

In terms of new characters joining the roster, the Luna VII update adds three. First off is the very first playable member of the Hexenzirkel, Nicole Reeyn! A 5-star Pyro Catalyst wielder, this voiceless angel brings powerful teamwide support to the battlefield.

Second is the Vice Captain of the Knights of Favonius' Fifth Company, Lohen. A 5-star Cryo Polearm wielder, Lohen brings a distinctive and aggressive combat style to the fray, dealing substantial DMG through the management of two unique resources: "Joy" and "Will to Win."

Finally, we have the self-proclaimed "Witch Hunter, Prune! As a 4-star Anemo Catalyst wielder, she uses a bell and a giant hammer to deal multi-Elemental DMG and trigger Swirl reactions.

Genshin Impact version Luna VII, Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana, will launch on the 20th of May.
