Asymmetrical Horror Game Daemonical Gets New Teaser, Private Alpha

Asymmetrical Horror Game Daemonical Gets New Teaser, Private Alpha

Daemonical, an all new, asymmetrical multiplayer horror experience slated for release on Steam after being greenlit earlier this spring, received a brand new teaser trailer hinting at the premise of the game in which one player, randomly chosen, will be possessed by a horrible demonic entity.

Along with the teaser, Fearem, the developers behind the game, announced that a private alpha will begin on May 9.

"The Private Alpha will start in waves, adding people after every crucial fix," Fearem said in a press release this week. "First wave will be 2,000 people, and will move up to 9,000 that have applied. Having listened to early feedback, Fearem have redesigned character models, character shading and the character customization screen. Characters will now sweat, get dirty and hurt themselves as they roam the forest, and will visually clean up when it rains, or when they get into the water. A dynamic dirt/blood/sweat system!

"Player feedback is crucial to the success of Daemonical and Fearem intend to keenly listen to criticism and continue working with players in order to shape the game into something that they will love and enjoy during both the alpha, the early access and through to final release in late Q2 2018."

Alpha hopefuls can apply for a key here
