BAFTA Shared Documentary of Behind the Scenes of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
Warhorse Studios, in collaboration with Deep Silver, released the sequel to their successful debut franchise, Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Focusing on grounded mediaeval take, this follow-up gave players more shenanigans with Henry, an epic narrative, and impressive mo-cap and graphics that put the original to shame.
It's been one of the biggest releases of 2025, with millions of players around the world enjoying the return to Bohemia. It may seem, however, that it has gained a bit more traction than it was originally anticipated, as a new documentary by BAFTA has launched, showcasing the behind-the-scenes of the game.
It's a pretty nig deal, and BAFTA has kept its eyes on Kingdom Come: Deliverance II for a while, with their article, "The Most Influential Video Game of All Time", where the sequel takes seventh place, following Minecraft (which is a pretty huge deal). Now, BAFTA has proudly shared a 50-minute documentary where we get a look behind the scenes of what went into creating the highly acclaimed title in a rare peek behind the curtain.
The documentary is free to watch, published on the official BAFTA YouTube channel, featuring 50 minutes of content you won't want to miss out on. If you're a fan of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, videogaming, or even the development process behind gaming in general, you might want to check it out. Find the video embedded above!
