Battlefield V Chapter 6: Into the Jungle Releases Soon

A trailer has dropped for the upcoming Battlefield V chapter titled Into the Jungle, which includes a gorgeous cinematic as well as an overview of the new content from one of the developers.

Into the Jungle will add the brand new Solomon Islands map to the game, which includes a mix of beaches, marshlands, narrow bunkers and large bodies of water. The map can be playable in Breakthrough, Conquest, Squad Conquest and Team Deathmatch.

New cosmetics will be coming with the update along with new guns: the Support class will get the Type 11 LMG while the M2 Carbine will be coming to the Assault class. The Model 37 shotgun will also be added to the game, along with the M1A1 Bazooka and the Lunge Mine gadgets.

Assault specialist elite character Misaki Yamashiro can be unlocked at rank 40 during this chapter, with more information about the other two elite characters Steve Fisher and Akira Sakamoto being revealed at a later date.

Into the Jungle will be released on 6th February.
