Birdie Crush Injects a Little Fantasy into the Golf Genre

Developer Com2uS has released its latest title, a fantasy golf game with anime-inspired characters, for iOS and Android. Titled Birdie Crush, the game takes golf for a fantasy ride, filling it with magic, unique abilities, elaborate character outfits and more. Check out the launch trailer above.

The game is set in the Delion Bridge Golf Academy, a prestigious golfing school in the golf-obsessed Tribain Kingdom. Players will meet the academy's various students through a range of different events. Single matches, tournaments, events and even an online multiplayer mode are open for players to peruse at their golfing leisure.

It's golf on your phone, but a little less serious and with quite a lot more anime.
