Black Gold Announcement Trailer

Developer RockGame has revealed its upcoming simulation title Black Gold with an animated proof-of-concept trailer. Set in the early 20th century, the game puts players in the shoes of an up-and-coming oil baron ready to make their fortune in the thriving oil industry. They'll prepare the drilling equipment, overcome a range of obstacles and grow their empire piece by piece on their way to greatness (or at least filthy stinking rich-ness). Check out the newly-released trailer above.

With no confirmed release date and four other RockGame-developed games bearing a similar "TBA" status with regards to release date, it's safe to assume that this game isn't nearing completion. Still, this trailer paints a promising first impression; let's hope the final product follows through!
