Blue Estate Comes to Xbox One and Kinect
Blue Estate may be one of the first games to take full advantage of the Kinect controls bundled with every Xbox One.
Based on the Image-published comic of the same name, Blue Estate was originally developed by HESAW for Leap Motion, a Kinect-like controller for the PC, but from the very beginning it seems that a port to Xbox and PlayStation was in the works. Blue Estate was announced for the PlayStation 4 last month, where it will make use of the gyroscopics in Dualshock 4 controllers, and as promised back in September the game will apparently make its way to Xbox One and the Kinect shortly.
Blue Estate is a dark humour rails shooter game based on Viktor Kalvachev award-winning comic. The game follows the adventures of bumbling mobster Tony Luciano and Clarence, an ex-Navy SEAL hired to clean up Tony's mess. The game has received criticism for its often crass, often offensive humour, basic level design and poor adaptation of the comic's critically acclaimed story and characters.
HESAW has yet to announce official dates for Blue Estate's release on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.
