Blue Ridge Hunting's Kickstarter and Demo Are Both Available!

Set in the Appalachian Mountains, which are home to some of the most infamous cryptids and folklore in America, Blue Ridge Hunting challenges players to face their fears. Whether they go alone or with friends, they will find themselves documenting and investigating sightings!

These are based on real-life events and legends, but players get to explore them from the safety of their homes. This doesn't mean it's not scary, though, especially in the story-driven mode.

With up to two other friends, players can unravel what happens to the team of Appalachian Investigation Group as they go hunting for what is real and what isn't. If they want to play with up to four others, they can also enjoy the free mode!

At the time of writing, developer Jade Meadows and publisher Six One Publishing are celebrating the release of Blue Ridge Hunting's Kickstarter. The goal is to reach $15,000; past that, players unlock photo mode, boss rush mode, and more rewards to be revealed!

If you'd like to try it out before choosing to pledge, there's a demo available on Steam right now! Blue Ridge Huntingis set to release sometime in 2026.
