Call of Duty: Ghosts Cut Scene Copied From MW2

As can be demonstrated from this side-by-side comparison video, posted by YouTube user Satantribal, this scene from Call of Duty: Ghosts plays out almost identically to a scene from series' predecessor, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Reactions to this have been strong, with some series fans (and critics) accusing the scene of being a lazy 'copy and paste' job. It seems unlikely that Infinity Ward could think that people wouldn't notice this, so our money is on it being intentional. But for what purpose? Publicity? A homage to its predecessor? Could it even be a hoax? We'd like to hear your thoughts on this, even if it's just that you plain do not care!
