Celebrate Honkai: Star Rail's Anniversary in the Version 4.2 Trailer!
Things are heating up in the Phantasmoon Games, as the stakes have been raised considerably! Now, the winner will become the permanent Aeon of Elation, rising to what amounts to godhood. In Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming 4.2 update, titled "So Laughed the Masses", the Trailblazer finds themselves invited to a debate of all things, hosted by Fulwish TV. Can they navigate this obvious trap, or will they fall prey to the machinations of the media mogul?
In addition to the 4.2 update, Star Rail is also celebrating its third anniversary! Players logging in will be met with a series of special events and generous rewards , including 20 free pulls, Stellar Jade giveaways, and a free character redemption!
In terms of new characters, Silver Wolf LV.999 and Evanescia join the cast of recruitable heroes. The former, a brand new look for the familiar character, is a 5-star Imaginary
character following the Path of Elation. Pull enemies and allies alike into Silver Wolf's gaming domain to play special Reward stages! The latter, Evanescia, is a 5-star Physical character following the Path of Elation. Accumulate Certified Banger in combat and regenerate energy for days!
Finally, the Trailblazer themselves can unlock the Path of Elation, wielding the mightiest of weapons: the glowstick!
Honkai: Star Rail version 4.2, "So Laughed the Masses," will officially launch on the 22nd of April 2026.
