Check Out Starsand Island's Early Access Roadmap!
Developed and published by Seed Sparkle Lab, Starsand Island is a new Early Access farming simulator with anime-like graphics. In it, players get to interact with a cast of characters, find romance, and spend their time doing everything from fishing to fighting enemies to get resources.
Recently, the team uncovered the roadmap, which showcases what's coming to the Early Access build all the way to June 2026. Starting off, players can look forward to the following additions in March:
- An outfit themed around Great Sage Equal to Heaven - Sun Wukong.
- Firework-themed items added to Zerine's General Store.
- Rednote collaboration items added to Lex Woodworks.
After that, the following will arrive in April 2026:
- More voice-overs.
- Improvement to existing voice-overs.
- The addition and further development of dating systems.
Then, here's what's coming in May 2026:
- Basic creator tools will be offered, and mod support will be added.
- Steam Workshop will be enabled, allowing players to share mods with each other.
And, finally, in June 2026:
- Multiplayer gameplay will be added, so that players may play with friends and visit each other's islands.
The team emphasises that it's imperative that players leave their feedback so they may work on the areas that need improvement. This can be done via Discord, Steam discussions, and reviews!
