The first in-engine gameplay trailer has been released for the next entry in Codemasters' long-running racing franchise, F1 2020. Take a look at the silky smooth game in action in the full trailer above. F1 2020 is slated for release 10th July for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.
Lee Mather, Codemasters' F1 series Game Director, expresses excitement towards the release of this first gameplay footage: "The first in-game trailer has become a key moment in the F1® game campaign". He continues: "Each season we raise the visual benchmark, and with more circuits and teams getting new liveries, we can’t wait for the season to start and for players to be able to race".
This entry brings the all-new 'My Team' game mode, letting players create their own F1 team and compete alongside the big boys. Team management will be just as important as on-track performance, and players will have to manage it all if they're to stand a chance at success. Choosing sponsors, managing car development and even designing a team logo will be down to the player; this is a true management experience nestled into a polished racing sim.
