Kickstarter-funded platformer Dad Quest is getting an update soon, with additional content and a new way to play. The PC title has supported keyboard, and PC gamepad play since launch, but with the Xbox 360 controller still one of the more popular input methods on the PC, support for that has been added.
In addition to this, a new enemy type has been thrown into the mix, appearing in the dungeon, which can be played towards the end of Chapter One. This challenging new fiend will add to the already diverse roster of enemies, forcing players to utilise everything they have to survive the Dad-based onslaught.
The game is currently in early access, with more chapters and even more additional content on the way. The developers have promised a more detailed roadmap of the game’s progress next week, with backers of the project and early access purchasers alike having a great deal to look forward to from this retro-themed title.
