Dead by Daylight Mobile Announced

Dead by Daylight Mobile Announced

As mobile technology grows increasingly capable, our home console experiences migrate to our phones in greater numbers: Fortnite, PUBG and ARK: Survival Evolved are among the titles making the leap. Now, Behaviour Interactive's Dead by Daylight looks to follow suit this spring with Dead by Daylight Mobile.

Available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store now; the mega popular "cat and mouse" multiplayer survival horror title will eventually release on both iOS and Android in most major regions (with Asian publishing being handled by NetEase and planned to release later than other regions).

Currently, there has been no word on whether this version will have cross-play enabled with all (or any) other versions of the game. Judging by the lack of communication on this front and this release's separate "Mobile" subtitle, I would wager that it won't interact with other versions of the game. Pure speculation here though: nothing confirmed.

Players who choose to pre-register will help work towards the following in game rewards, based on the community's pre-registration figures:

Tier 1 (500K pre-reg): Surf Tone Weekend T-Shirt; Hooded Training Top; Two-tone Coat; The Scarecrow; 2000 Iridescent Shards

Tier 2 (750K pre-reg): Watermelon Pants; Sports Leggings; Red Flash Boots; Marked Spike Maul; 3000 Iridescent Shards

Tier 3 (1M pre-reg): Preppy Flat cap; Jogging Headband; Colorful Headscarf; Bill Overbeck; 5000 Iridescent Shards

Dead by Daylight Mobile will release in spring 2020 for iOS and Android in North America, Europe, Africa and The Middle East. Asian regions will see the game release at a later, unconfirmed date due to "distinct optimisation and localisation processes" necessary for wide release in the region.
