Dizzy’s Thirtieth Anniversary Celebrated With Another Lost Title

So far, we’ve seen two Dizzy games that were never expected to see the light of day. Spin off Dreamwold Pogie, and lost NES game Wonderland Dizzy have both been released as free-to-play curios over the internet, with limited edition physical cartridges of each being produced. Today, to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the character, we’ve been treated to another lost title from the NES days, in the form of Mystery World Dizzy.

The game was shown off at the Dizzy Day exhibition at the National Videogame Arcade in Nottingham, a museum dedicated to preserving some of gaming’s rich history. As with the previous titles, you can play it for free at fan-site The Yolk Folk. In addition to this, you can watch the Oliver Twins play their creation in the let’s play video the duo have released above.
