Door Kickers: Action Squad Gets Console Release Dates

KillHouse Games and Pixel Shard, co-developers of retro-styled, tactical side-scroller Door Kickers: Action Squad, have announced release dates for the title's various console editions.

Door Kickers: Action Squad takes the team-based, SWAT team gameplay of the original Door Kickers, and combines it with "ridiculous" arcade action to make an experience that should be as fun for newcomers as it is familiar for serious veterans.

Consoles will enjoy the most complete version of the game upon release, with a new chapter (The Slums) and new playable character (the Off-Duty Guy) previously unseen on PC. These additions will also be arriving on PC in a free content update set to coincide with the console launches.

Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players will be able to download the game 24th October, while Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait a little longer for their copies on 28th October.
