Dr Luigi Comes to the Wii U

Whatever one brother can do so can the other. It may be a good few years since we had Dr Mario but never one to be outdone we now have Dr Luigi. 

Dr Luigi is a classic puzzler in the same vein as Dr Mario with an online mode for 2 player warfare. The aim of the game is to align capsules with colour-matching viruses. Dr Luigi's L shaped blocks of 2 capsules fused together add a new twist to events. Players must match 4 colours together before they will vanish.

If you prefer the traditional two colour matching mechanics of Dr Mario you can choose "Retro Remedy Mode" and relive the glory days using button controls or choose "Germ Buster" which will allow you to use the touchscreen and stylus.

It seems Luigi is coming into his own this year and he will have the last laugh as Dr Luigi releases for the Wii U eShop in North America on 31st December 2013. Although for us here in Europe we have to wait until the 15th January 2014 for the doc to get in.
