E3 2015 - Gears 4 Gameplay Trailer

Gears of War is set to make a comeback with the newly announced Gears 4.

The gameplay trailer revealed familiar Gears fare, with third person shooting, chainsaw gore, and quasi-horror action, but also showed a new protagonist, and most interestingly, a strong supporting female character, which is a sharp change from the series' male dominated "wolfpack" roots.

The new chapter of the series is set to hit the Xbox One sometime near Christmas next year.
