E3 2015 - Zelda: Triforce Heroes Announced

Zelda fans rejoice! Nintendo has announced Triforce Heroes, a new multiplayer-oriented game for the franchise.

Set in a distant, fashion-obsessed land, players must work together to save the land's king, while trying to figure out which one of them is the "real" hero. The game is centred around 3-person gameplay, and players must work together to overcome challenges, including sometimes lending each other a helping hand--or shoulder.

Triforce Heroes introduces the new "totem" gameplay mechanic, where players stand on each others shoulders to reach higher places, or fight bigger enemies. Clothing is another important element--players will have a huge range of options, and the outfit they pick will affect the abilities they have. 

Zelda: Triforce Heroes allows both local and online multiplayer, and is coming to the 3DS in 2016.
