Enshrouded Releases the Seventh Major Content Update: Wake of the Water

Keen Games GmbH took the world by storm last year when it launched the open-world survival base-building title Enshrouded. Hitting an all-time concurrent player peak of 160,405 players at the time, the title quickly became one of 2024's must-plays with robust content, enjoyable gameplay, and hooking Flameborns around the world.

Since then, momentum hasn't stopped from either the company or the community alike. Seeing Enshrouded hit fewer than a few thousand players in any given day, or over a dozen players in a month, is an impossibility, and the momentum continues strong into nearly its second year of active development.

The seventh major content update has launched, giving players the opportunity to return water to Embervale, bringing in an all-new underwater biome, with every piece of content focused around this shift. It's an exciting update, and it further cements Keen Games as a trustworthy and capable developer during the Early Access period.
