EVE: Valkyrie Gets New Game Mode With Latest Free Update

EVE: Valkyrie is getting its first major free update. The game is a VR spin-off of the popular MMO EVE Online, currently available on PC, with a PS4 version coming in October. With this update there’s a great deal of additions to the game including a new multiplayer map and PvE mode, as well as some ship balancing.

The headline add-on though is the new game mode “Carrier Assault”. In this mode, players must team up to assault a giant carrier. First breaking through waves of defensive ships, then breaking through the shields before finally destroying the core of the carrier, accessed through a long trench that you must fly though.
