EVERSPACE 2 - 2021 Development Roadmap Revealed

ROCKFISH Games has released the development roadmap for its space-faring open world RPG EVERSPACE 2. Take a look at the roadmap below, which is expected to account for the majority of the game's 12 to 18-month Early Access period.

Having released in Early Access just last month, the game still has some ways to go before it reaches a 'finished' state. For instance, while the game only has 12 or so hours of main story content right now, it's expected to boast around 30 by the version 1.0 rolls around.

Even in this early state, however, there's no denying how ambitious EVERSPACE 2 is in comparison to its non-open world roguelike predecessor. Taking cues from smash-hit RPGs of years past like The Witcher 3 and Diablo III, ROCKFISH Games is attempting to expand the EVERSPACE universe into something a player can sink dozens of hours into.

EVERSPACE 2 is out now on Steam Early Access and GOG's Games in Development program.
