Everything You Need to Know About Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch
Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch launches this month, as the third expansion of Gameloft's highly successful cosy Disney title nears its official launch! Though it's not out yet, we do know a lot about the game, what we can expect, the Villagers, biomes... really, we know almost everything there is to know about it.
To that end, if you want to learn more about the upcoming expansion, here's everything you need to know about it! For obvious reasons, if you want to go in fully blind, don't check this out — this is your final spoiler warning!
Everything About Horses in Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch

We'd be remiss if we didn't start this article by talking about the Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch horses, which are one of the main selling points and essentially the primary mechanic of the whole expansion. Replacing the Royal Tool this time around (like the Royal Hourglass in Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time or the Royal Net in Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Storybook Vale), horses will become your main companions, helping out around the Valley and giving you the opportunity to befriend a customisable one and prominent Disney ones.
First, let's talk a bit about the customisable horse. Players will get their own stallion (the Royal Stallion?!) to change their look, adorn them with accessories, and have them over at the titular ranch. Of these, Villagers will be able to have four, but only be able to take one of them out to the Valley at any given time.
As for the Disney horses, there are a total of three that we can befriend and ride! Here are the three that have been announced:
- Maximus from Tangled
- Khan from Mulan
- Pegasus from Hercules
You can bond with the Disney horse and unlock unique abilities, so you'll want to spend a long time with them, and using their skills to unlock more of the Ranch. This is how the narrative will advance, and players will unlock all of the biomes available.
Which Are the Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch Biomes?

With the Disney horses, you'll be able to unlock three biomes total, all of which introduce different aesthetics perfect for decoration and DreamSnaps challenges. The world is based around some of the more famous characters that'll make an appearance in the DLC, and they'll all bring extra foliage to decorate with.
The three biomes arriving are:
- Wishing Alps
- Glamour Gulch
- Pixie Acres
These three should cover a wide range of customisation — from an overgrown pixie location with giant flowers to the snowy peaks of the Wishing Alps and even a city! To decorate these, you'll get the trees, rocks, and flowers associated, but new to Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch is the inclusion of modular buildings, which you can use to piece together town-like locations.
Which Companions Are Coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch?

Of course, every biome is coming with its own unique companion type. This means that there are three total companions that will be arriving, and though we haven't seen a confirmation of different colours for the companions, it might be safe to assume that they'll have various types that appear at different times and days.
The three companion types are:
- Geese on the Wishing Alps
- Skunls on the Glamour Gulch
- Bees on the Pixie Acres
Which Villagers Are Coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch?

Finally, let's talk a bit about the upcoming Villagers. Unlike previous expansions, the Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch will only have four characters to befriend (though that's supplemented by the vast amount of horses, bringing the total number to 11). Here are all of the characters making their arrival when the expansion drops:
- Snow White
- Tigger
- Tinkerbell
- Cruella de Vil
All of the characters will have their own friendship quests and bonding rewards, and you'll spend your time across the Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch DLC with them as you unlock the locations, befriend the horses, and more! Once you've completed the introduction quest, you'll be able to invite them and move them to your preferred Valley or expansion (in the case that their home isn't stuck, like Mother Gothel's infamous tree).
What is the Release Plan for Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch?

If you're looking forward to start your journey across Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch, then you'll be delighted to know that the wait won't be much longer! Villagers are invited to start the expansion on the 19th of November 2025, but there's some great news regarding this expansion's release schedule.
Unlike the previous ones, which saw releases spread across several months, Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch will arrive all in one burst. Unlike before, where you had to wait for the next chapter in the expansion, players will be able to experience all of it from day one!
What is the Early Adopter Bonus for Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch?

If you're sold on Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch, then you might want to buy it and play it as soon as possible! Like the previous expansions, Wishblossom Ranch has an Early Adopter bonus that gives you the opportunity to nab an extra outfit that won't return (at least, the others haven't yet).
Those who buy and play Disney Dreamlight Valley between its launch and the 3rd of December will get the Springtime Festival Outfit and Festival Tack for free as an additional bonus. Once they're gone, they're unlikely to return, though, so don't miss out on picking it up!
The Early Adopter bonus is available regardless of which edition of Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch you pick up.
How Much Will Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch Cost?

The pricing for the expansion has finally been announced, even though there's still no pre-order period available at the time of writing! There are two editions for purchasing Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch (which we've gone over in our edition differences article).
The base edition will cost $29.99, as the other expansions have been priced the same, and it'll come with 5,000 additional Moonstones for your purchase (which is the equivalent of about $17.24 of Moonstones). Meanwhile, the Deluxe Edition, which comes with Sven, will be priced at $49.99, and will come with 10,000 Moonstones (or the equivalent of about $34.50 worth in Moonstones).
Which Consoles Will Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch be Available On?

Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch launches on Windows PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and mobile via iOS and Android.
