Far Cry 5 Will Have Denuvo

Whilst chatting about Ubisoft's upcoming Far Cry 5 during this week's podcast, the subject of DRM came up. Curious as to whether it would have Denuvo or not, we decided to email Ubisoft to ask them.

Short answer: yes it will.

Whether this will result in perceived slowdowns or CPU usage, as with Assassin's Creed Origins, we will have to wait and see. Of course, we'll let you know if reports do start coming up about it, around release.

Far Cry 5 will launch on 27th March for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
